James Miller
General notes: Silversmith Events in his life were: • Apprenticed about 1767 to Nathan Miller in East Greenwich RI 3 • He worked c 1775 as a silversmith in East Greenwich RI working from his father's shop at the rear of their home at the corner of Pierce and Division Streets. 3 • Appointed from 1808 to 1835 as Town Clerk in East Greenwich RI 3 James married Elizabeth Burlingame on 31 Jul 1784 in Warwick RI. (Elizabeth Burlingame was born on 3 May 1764 in East Greenwich RI, died on 1 May 1831 and was buried in East Greenwich RI.) |
