• Appointed from 1808 to 1835 as Town Clerk in East Greenwich RI ³

James married Elizabeth Burlingame on 31 Jul 1784 in Warwick RI. (Elizabeth Burlingame was born on 3 May 1764 in East Greenwich RI, died on 1 May 1831 and was buried in East Greenwich RI.)
