21. Robert Carson⁸ Ritchie (Nicholas⁷, Edward⁶, John⁵, Alexander⁴, Samuel Alexander³, Samuel Alexander², James¹) was born 31 March 1925. Robert died November 1978 at 53 years of age.

He married Verdie Ritchie. Verdie became the mother of Velma Ritchie.

Robert became the father of Velma Ritchie.

Robert Carson Ritchie and Verdie Ritchie had the following children:

23 i. Shirley⁹ Ritchie.

24 ii. Ben Ritchie.

25 iii. Velma Ritchie.

26 iv. Arnold Ritchie.

27 v. Harold Ritchie.

28 vi. JR Ritchie.

29 vii. John Dee Ritchie. All That I know is that JD was his nickname and he drowned at a earily age. He is buried in Stroh, Indiana.
