Frances Louise MITCHELL, age 57, of Aylett, died December 29, 1999.  She is survived by three daughters; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a devoted friend; and other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William Carroll MITCHELL.  Remains rest at the B. W. White Funeral Home, Aylett.  Visititation from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.  Service 2 p.m. Friday at Epworth United Methodist Church.  Interment in Epworth Church cemetery.
