IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SCOTLAND COUNTY

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM MCKINNEY Deceased,

Hannah McKinney says that, to the best of her knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of said William McKinney deceased and their places of residence, are respectively, as follows: Hannah McKinney widow, who resides in the County of Scotland in the State of Missouri; John McKinney, who resides in the County of Scotland in the State of Missouri; William W. McKinney, who resides in the County of Knox in the State of Missouri; the unknown heirs of Drucilla Barnes, who resides in the County of ____ in the State of California; William McKinney only heir of Richard McKinney, who resides in the County of Knox in the State of Missouri; that the said William McKinney died without a will; that she will make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to her possession or knowledge.

INVENTORY, CERTIFICATE, AND AFFIDAVIT

 

Inventory

Inventory of all the Real and Personal Estate of Wm. McKinney deceased, late of Scotland County, Missouri, describing the quantity, situation and title of the Real Estate, the books and papers, the debts due to the said deceased, the names of the debtors, the dates of the contracts, the amount of interest due, and the rate of interest thereon, and all personal property of whatsoever character. Made by Hannah McKinney Administratrix of said deceased, and John H. Green and Samuel Smoot witnesses appointed to aid in making the same.

Dated at Residence Mo., this 1st day of February 1883

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WM. MCKINNEY, DECEASED

Now at this day cumes Hannah McKinney administratrix of said Estate

And respectfully represents to the Court that at her last annual settlement there was due the estate The sums of Eighty Seven and Seventy Cents. She further states that Wm. McKinney left heirs at law as follows:

John McKinney who resides in Scotland County, Mo., William W. McKinney who lives in Knox County, Mo., and the sone of Richard McKinney, William, who resides in Knox County, Mo., and the heirs of Drucilla Barnes who live in California. They are named:

Emiline Mauck, Geo. Barnes, Joshua Barnes, Ellen Barnes, Belle Barnes, Verginne and Annie Barnes. That John McKinney is entitled to one forth, William W. McKinney to one forth. To the son of Richard McKinney one forth to the Heirs of Drucilla Barnes One forth. She therefore asks that distribution be ordered of said property by her hands.
