| Roy McKinney Sr., 90, of
Brimson died Sunday at the Virginia Municipal Hospital. He was born March 26, 1882 in Bible Grove, Missouri, and had been a Brimson resident for 47 years. He was formerly employed by the Honkin Rundel and Dixon Company and had retired in 1956. He is survived by his wife Florence; two sons, Roy and Harry, both of Brimson; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Leota) Johnson, St. Paul; and Mrs. Howard (Mickey) Johnson, Embarrass; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today at the Johnson-Patterson Funeral Home with the Rev. John Reppe officiating. The organist will be Mrs. Robert Denison and the soloist will be Mrs. Robert Keller. Pallbearers will be Wayne Simola, William Simola, Alex Oman, Fred Hall, Pentti Miller, and Tauno Paakanen. Burial will be at Brimson Cemetery. |
