PEDIGO deceased, Edwin Pedigo, a son of said deceased says that, to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of the said John P. Pedigo deceased, and their places of residence, are respectively as follows: Adelia A. McKinney, who resides in the the County of Callaway, in the State of Missouri; John J. Pedigo, who resides in the County of Scotland, in the State of Missouri; Edwin W. Pedigo, who resides in the County of Scotland, in the State of Missouri; Nettie N. Pedigo, who resides in the County of Scotland, in the State of Missouri; Sarah E. Pedigo, who resides in the County of Scotland, in the State of Missouri; And also grandchildren being children of Martha Cowden deceased: Clara B. Cowden, who resides in Chickasaw Native Indian Territory, Gracie G. Cowden, residing in Chickasaw Native Indian Territory, Madeua H. Cowden, residing in Chickasaw Native Indian Territory; And also Martha J. Pedigo widow of said deceased, who resides in the County of Scotland, in the State of Missouri; that the said John P. Pedigo died without a will; that he will make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
