Webb 08 March 1903 in LaClede County, Missouri, daughter of John Webb and Minnie P.. She was born October 1889 in Missouri, and died 14 September 1931 in St Louis County, Missouri. I believe that Ceona is the wife of Walter, who in 1930 is enumerated in the Missouri State Prison in Cole County along with his brother Horace, both serving a 10 year sentence for robbery in the 1st and attempted robbery in the 1st, for next of kin Walter listed wife, Leona Crabtree 4946 Easton Ave, St. Louis, MO. I think that rather than tell the census taker that her husband was in prison, she told him she was a widow. Walter and Horace were released 18 November 1933.
