Elisha Alexander was born about 1770 in either Virginia
or North Carolina, his parents are not known to this researcher, and died about 1832 in Pickens County, South Carolina.
He married Nancy (Grogan?). Their children are: Mary, marr. James H. Holden Letitia Prier, marr. 1. Dorcas Griffin; 2. Elizabeth Ferguson; 3. Martha Williams Susan, marr. John A. Brownlow William Marion George Washington Minerva, marr. John Asberry Nix Elijah, marr. Tabitha Payne Elisha M. Thomas, marr. Mary Boon Daniel

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELISHA ALEXANDER
Last Will and Testament of ELISHA ALEXANDER August 8th, in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty two--Know all men by these presents that I, ELISHA ALEXANDER being of sound mind do now bequeath
First as follows to my beloved sons ELIJAH, THOMAS and DANIEL that part of my track of land situated on Crow Creek which lies above the still house branch & joins the land of DANIEL ALEXANDER, SENIOR.
Secondly, I bequeath to my beloved sons GEORGE WASHINGTON and ELISHA the balance of said track lying below said branch on Crow Creek & joining to PRYIOR ALEXANDER's land on which my dwelling house now stands.
Third, I also bequeath to my beloved son ELISHA a negro man named BOB, age fifteen.
Fourth, I do also bequeath to my beloved wife NANCY one negro girl named MILLY-- which she is to keep her life time & at her death said negro girl with her increase is to be sold & the money equally divided among my children & and I also bequeath to her my dwelling house & and a maintenance out of that part of said plantation willed to my two sons GEORGE WASHINGTON & ELISHA together with the household and kitchen furniture & a certain bay horse called Bill and all my stock of hog and cattle, of which stock that may be on hand at her death with the household & kitchen furniture must be sold and devided equally among my children & that she have out of the present crop what will be sufficient for her support & and after taking out the fifth of the whole crop which is the share of my son-in-law HENRY GROGAN.
I desire the balance to be sold and applied to the payment of my just and lawful debts.
Fifth I wish the negro woman called ESTHER and her four children named as follows, viz.-JESS, RICHARD, GEORGE & LUCINDA be sold & the proceeds of the sale applied to the payment of my just and lawful debts & if there be any remaining after the debts are paid I wish it divided equally among my children - and that I certify that this is my last Will and Testament.

Letitia Alexander, was born about 1793 in North Carolina and died after 1871. She married Henry Grogan before 1825 in South Carolina. Their children are: Alsay Mary Robert Matilda Henry Mary Malinda Sarah H. Jilliland
William Marion Alexander, was born about 1801 in North
Carolina and died 1885 in Pickens County, South Carolina. He
married 1. Celia Boon; 2. Anna Robertson; 3. Martha Catherine F.
Crenshaw. William Marion was known to his family and community
as "Hopping Billy", because he was lame in one leg. The children
of William M and Celia Boon are: Nancy Elisha Marion
The children of William M. and Anna Robertson are: Margaret L. Joseph G. Hiram J., marr. Elizabeth Crenshaw William Harrison, marr. Marrie E. Stewart
The children of William M. and Martha Catherine F. Crenshaw are:
