Holloday having sold to one George Sheperd [sr] departed this life before a conveyance of sd. land was made to him. Sd. Shepherd by his last will and testament, dated 10 Jan 1750, devised the sd. land to his two sons, George [jr] and Robert Shepherd, to be equally divided between them. Under these conditions sd. Holloday and wife convey the sd. property to George Shepherd [jr], son of George Shepard [sr] decd., etc., etc. Witnesses: Zachary Lewis, John Battaley, John Payton. recorded: 1 Oct 1751.
