Know all men by these presents that I John Warnick of the Township of Tilbury North in the County of Essex and Province of Ontario, Canada do heareby make and cause this to be my last will & testament hereby revoking any and all wills made before by me.
1st to my son William I give $1300 and his Note of $100 making in all the sum of $1400
2nd to my son John K. I give $429 and his Note of $971 making in all the sum of $1400
3rd to my son Henry S. I give $1383 and his act of $17 making in all the sum of $1400
4th to my brother Samuel I give $500
5th to my sister Agnes Magee I give $265 and her Note of $35 making in all the sum of $300
6th to my nephew William Magee I give $300
7th to my niece Nellie Flaherty I give $300
8th to the 6 children of my sister Margret Patrick I give to each of them $300 making in all $1800
9th the interest that is accumulating will go towards making up any discrepancy and if there is any shortage to even up the amounts each legatee shall contribute so much percentage to defray any shortage and expenses
10th to pay the aforesaid sums the following amounts shall be collected and paid out to Merchants bank at Tilbury about $41
the bank of Commerce at Lethbridge Alberta in Canadian N.West about $1026
the N.West 1/4 lot 16 Tilbury North on con(cession) 2 50 acres $1300 and interest $30
I shall be buried where ever place my decease takes place and any interest that may accrue or money in my pocket or in bank or pension shall be added to above amount. I hereby appoint my brother Samuel and Arethur Wilson of Tilbury village to be my executors.
This document is made at the village of Tilbury in the County of Kent in the Province of Ontario and signed John Warnick dated at Tilbury this 30th Oct 1908 in the presence of witnesses George Chalmers and Godfrey Marchand
