| ``1804, 14 May - Nelson County, Kentucky WB_A_779: In the name of God amen I William Marshall of Nelson County State of Kentucky being very weak and much pained in body but of sound mind and disposing memory do make and ordain this piece of writing as my last Will and Testament that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid also I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Jane all my household and kitchen furniture and moveable property and I give and bequeath to my son William Marshall fifty acres of land adjoining John Ricks which he now lives on also I give and bequeath unto my son John fifty acres of land an the back line.
