| "The last will and testament of John Phelps Senr. Dec'd Verbaly defined in presents of us John Stapp, Cary Phelps and Stephen Salley, first it is my will and desire that my daughter Nancy Phelps, Rody Phelps and Patsey Phelps should have as much of my personal estate as the rest of my children whom have come of age have received at their coming of age or marring. And likewise my sons Cary Phelps, John Phelps, Sarah Sally, Molley Phelps, Betsey Willis, Tho.
