``This Instrument Witnesseth that I John Campbell of the Township of Bosanquet in the County of Lambton of the Province of Ontario, Farmer, being of sound mind and memory and understanding do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking and making null and void all former last wills and testaments by me heretofore make.
My will is first, that my funeral charges and just debts be paid by my executors hereinafter named.
The remainder of my estate and property whilch shall not be required for the payemnt of my just debts, funeral charges, indebtedness for myself and wife, and the ?enclosures? attending the execution of this my will and the administration of my estate I give, devise and dispose thereof as follows to wit:
1st I give and bequesth to my beloved son Duncan the sum of two hundred dollars: To my son John the sum of one hundred dollars: To my son Neil the sum of two hundred dollars: To the heirs of my daughter Margaret the sum of two hundred dollars: to my daughter Margaret's lame daughter the sum of fifty dollars and to the heirs of my son Dougald whatever monies are left after the selling of my ?? estate and payment of my just debts and bequests.
To my granddaughter Cathrine Sinclair I give and bequeath my bed and bedding and a chest which belonged to my beloved wife. To my niece Marion Campbell now Wm. M-Call I give and bequeath my stove and stovepipes, cupboard, stock, charis and tables.
My estate not to be sold until it can be sold for advantage that is to say at a fair market price.
The heirs of my son Dougald's portion to be paid ?by the? executors.
And I do nominate and appoint Peter McCallum and George Sutherland both of the township of Bosanquet in the County of Lambton Farmers to be my executors of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I the said John Campbell have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this first day of April One thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.
