| Know all men by these presents that I Donald Sinclair of the Township of Tilbury East & county of Kent make this my last will and testament. I being in perfect soundness of mind and able to transact any of my worldly business. First I would bequeath to my beloved wife Maria Sinclair any two rooms she wishes to occupy downstairs and any one room that she wishes to occupy upstairs and she is to hold all privlidg of all the house as long as she sees fit to do that business but when she sees fit to retire then she is to have the afore said rooms and is to be kept by my sons Daniel, Albert D & James Sinclair and they are to provide wood and other necessities and she is to have one cow and feed for the same and is to have all the fruit she requires for her own use and she is to have the privalige of her rooms to be furnished with any goods or chatles with in the house and she is to get ten dollars a year from my sons Daniel, Albert D & James Sinclair and second I would bequeath to my son Angus twenty five cents and third I would bequeth to my daughter Catherine Ann Coutts twenty five cents and fourth I would bequeath to my son John twenty five cents and fifth I would bequeath to my son Daniel Sinclair 50 acres more or less to his heirs or assines that is the 50 acres that has the brick house on it and my son Daniel is to have all the shares that I hold in the grange trust and is to dispose of such shares or all of them as he sees fit and my sons Daniel and Albert D and James Sinclair are to have all my stock and crops and implements to carry on the farm and they are to get my bees to assist them with their farming business and sixth I would bequeath to my son Albert D 25 acres of land more or less and seventh I would bequeath to my daughter Catherine twenty five dollars to be paid one year after my wife's death by my sons Daniel, Albert D, and James and eight I would bequeath to my daughter Isabella a home with her brother Daniel and she is to take an interest in every thing about the place she need not expect to be left except without working if she gets married then she is to get a bed and bedding and a cow or 25 dollars and ninth I would bequeath to my son James 25 acres of land more or less and I would further state that my son Daniel is to have the prevalege of taking all the timber he needs for a barn of ordinary size and all wood required for fuel. and tenth I would bequeath to my daughter Annie Maria the privalige of living a home with her brother Daniel till she gets married and she is to work home and take an interest in all things about the place and she is to get a bed and bedding and a cow or twenty five dollars and I would appoint for my executors Donald R. Farguharson and my son Daniel Sinclair. I know Mr. Farguharson is the right man to help my son Daniel through with the business.
