Third: After the death of my beloved wife, Augusta Kautz I give, device and bequeath to my beloved sons, William J. Kautz and Cleophas Kautz the following described real estate, viz. The north-half of the north-west quarter of section twenty (20), and the east-half of the north-east of the north-east quarter of section Nineteen (19). All in township sixty (60).Range thirteen (13), Macon county Missouri. Share and Share alike. Fourth: After the death of my beloved wife Augusta Kautz I give, device and bequeath to my beloved daughters, Lydia Beighle, Sophia Snow, Evelyn Moncrief, Elvina Kautz, Dorothy Kautz and the heirs of Matilda McCracken, (now deceased) the following described real estate. Viz. The west-half of the north-east quarter, the east-half of the north-west quarter and the west-half of the north-west quarter of the north-east quarter. All in section nineteen (19), township sixty (60), range thirteen (13), Mason county, Missouri. Share and Share alike. (The heirs of Matilda to receive one-sixth or one share of the same as their mother would have received had she lived). Fifth: All the personal property remaining after the death of my beloved wife Augusta Kautz to be divided equally (Share & Share Alike) among my beloved sons and daughters above named. And last I hearby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Augusta Kautz to be the Executrix (without Bond) of this, my last will and testament, revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
