Robert was born in Bircham Tofts to Samuel and Ann EASTER (née KEMP). he was baptised on 1 Jan 1864. His occupation as noted on his marriage certificate was shepherd. Robert's father Samuel died in 1919, aged 78, and his mother Ann died in 1921, aged 78. Robert died c 1946 and is buried in Coveney churchyard, Cambs. |

| Harriet | b. 1876. In 1891 she was working in Watlington. She married John PIKE in Basford Reg. Dist. in 1898. They had 3 children, including Elsie. John was a Lance Corporal in the Leicestershire Regiment, and died on 30 Jul 1921 (presumably of war wounds?) |
| George Frederick | b, 1879. Married Harriett SARGEANT in 1901 in Newmarket. Worked with the horses there. At least 2 children, Frederick and Mabel. |
| Mabel Ann | b. 1882. Married Percy DIMMOCK in 1912. |
| Mildred Louise | b.1884. Married twice, Ernest CHAPPLE(in 1916) and Godfrey DAVIES(in 1919). |
