ROLTGEN, Joseph B. - PRINDIVILLE, Veronica

SOLEMNIZED AT ARMSTRONG, WAS AN IMPRESSIVE EVENT

The marriage of Miss Veronica Prindiville, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Prindiville of South Prairie, town of Greenbush, and Joseph B. Roltgen, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Roltgen, of Rathburn, was solemnized at half past nine, Wednesday morning, at Our Lady of Angels' Church, Armstrong, by Rev. J.J. Scheurell. The bride was attended by the Misses Mabel Roltgen and Ella Griesbach while Leo Dwyre and Dennis W. Prindiville attended the groom. A gown of white georgette was worn by the bride, with a veil caught by a band of pearls. The maids wore dove gray and pink georgette. Valera Prindiville and Emmalinda Birkle acted as flower girls, while the ushers were Michael Timblin and Thomas J. Gannon. The maids of honor were Misses Rose Goebel, Laura Lorge, Evelyn Webb, Marie Burke, Ida Mayer, Vida Phelps, Kathryn Twohig and Nellie Wolf.

A reception and wedding breakfast, for seventy-five relatives and friends, served at the home of the bride's parents, followed the reading of the nuptial rites. Cut flowers and autumn leaves were used in profusion, creating some unusually attractive effects in the decorations. Leaving on a wedding trip the young couple will visit various points of interest after which they will make their home on the former Rice farm near Graham, which the groom recently purchased. The bride, who is a graduate of the local high school has been teaching school for the past four years, both of the contracting parties enjoying a wide friendship in this vicinity who will join in extending them their good wishes and hopes that their matrimonial venture will prove profitable and happy. Among the guests were the following people from away: Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Zander and Leo G. Dwyre, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Dwyre, Omro; Miss Ida Mayer, W.W. Birkle and daughter, Sheboygan; Miss Barbara Leonard, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Goebel and daughter, Rose, Dotyville; Miss Ella Griesbach, Appleton; and Miss Evelyn Webb, Eden.
