O'REILLY, Robert-SMITH. Margaret Elizabeth

Miss Margaret Elizabeth Smith became the bride of Robert O'Reilly on Saturday morning, when their nuptial mass and service were performed at 9:30 o'clock by the Rev. Clement Kern in St. Ann's Catholic church, St. Anna.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Smith, route 2, Elkhart Lake. A Cascade couple, Mr. and Mrs. Philip O'Reilly, are the bridegroom's parents.

Sisters of the couple were among the bride's attendants. Miss Eileen Smith had the maid of honor part. The two bridesmaids were Miss Valerie O'Reilly and Miss Alta Mae Smith.

Besides Alois O'Reilly, the bridegroom's brother as best man, there were two groomsmen. One was Joseph Smith, similarly related to the bride, and the other, Earl Kohlman, her cousin. Guests were shown to places by the ushers. Bernard Michaels, the bridegroom's cousin, and Thomas Smithwick, the bride's cousin.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Mrs. Mary Binder, organist, the adult choir and Miss Blanche Brandt whose solo number was "Ave Maria."

One hundred and fifty guests were entertained at a combined reception, dinner and supper at Thiel's hall at St. Anna. After the grand march, the couple departed on the honeymoon, which has a secret destination. When they return to the county, they will be at home in Cascade, after Dec. 20.

Both young persons were graduated from the county high schools, the bride from Elkhart Lake and the bridegroom, the one at Waldo. The former Miss Smith continued her education at Sheboygan County Normal, Sheboygan Falls, and after receiving her diploma there, began her teaching career. She is at the Mankato school, near Crystal Lake, at present. Farming is the bridegroom's vocation after two years in service.

Guests from away at the nuptials were the following: Mrs. A. Earle Henry, the Misses Agnes, Rosemary and Dorothy Leonard, Mrs. Margaret Fitzpatrick, Eileen and Mary, Miss Catherine Marr, Mrs. Milton Seraphine and Gary, Miss Marian Foster and Miss Lois Cain, Milwaukee; Thomas Fitzpatrick, Mrs. Mae Smithwick and family, Kewaunee; Miss Veronica Mullin, Oshkosh; Miss Julia Cain, Neenah; Miss Colleen Mullin, West Bend and Pat Smithwick, S 1/c. Great Lakes, Ill.
