John B. Boren was born about 1726 in either North Carolina or Virginia, married Sarah, and died in 1821 in Sumner County, Tennessee. Ten children were born to this union in North and South Carolina. These children moved to seven different states.

     My ancestor is daughter, Anna Jane Boren, born in 1776 in South Carolina, married William Burgess Bush, moved to Sumner County, Tennessee where she died in 1854.

     William Boren married Ruth Duff and lived in Madison County, Missouri

     James Boren married Nancy and lived in Hempstead County, Arkansas.

     John B. Boren lived in Sumner County, Tennessee.

     Matthew Boren married Kezia and lived in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

     Agnes Boren married William Melton. Margaret Boren married Michael Miller. Catherine Boren married a brother, Morris Miller. These families moved to Clairborne Parish, Louisiana.

     Tarlton Boren married Hannah Dillon and moved to Lancaster, Wabash County, Illinois.

     Francis E. Boren married Edith Wimberly and lived in Simpson County, Kentucky.
