There is a slight discrepancy with his age, which would make him born in 1807. He appears to have survived to at least the time of the 1881 Census, where he is still living in Aston:

This gives his birthplace as Haseley. His wife, Mary Ann, nine years younger than him in the 1851 census is now eighteen years younger!

Charles Henry Shakespeare (born 1843) is described on his son's birth certificate as a Coffin Furniture Maker.

He appears in the 1881 Census, where he is living with his family at 207 Windsor Street, Aston:

Thomas Shakespeare (1873-1935) enlisted in the British Army and served in India, before emigrating to Australia. During the First World War he joined the Australian Army and served in Europe. At this time it is thought that he returned to England and visited his sister Selina. He died in a coalmining accident.
