There are seven households in Derbyshire in the 1881 census with Shakespeares listed. Nearly all of the can be accounted for as descendants of Joseph Shakespeare & Hannah Kinston.

This Samuel is of the right age to be the son of Joseph & Hannah, however no Samuel has been found among their known children. The place 'Coleaston, Derby' given in the above census entry seems to actually be Colerorton, Leics., for two children of Samuel & Fanny were baptised there:

Intriguingly, there was a Samuel born in Leicestershire of the right date:

bapt 7 May 1826, Breedon On The Hill, Leics., Samuel son of William & Ann Shakespeare.
No county is given in the census entry for Samuels place of birth so it is possible that, like his wife, he came from Leicestershire.

This Frances is the same age as Joseph & Hannah's children, so the possibility is that she is the widow of one of their sons. John Frederick Webster was bapt 13 March 1853, at Heage, son of John & Elizabeth Webster. Other children of John & Elizabeth Webster were (all bapt at Heage): Fanny (born 1846), Tamar (born 1848), James (born 1848), Margaret (born 1850), Hannah (born 1855) and Samuel (born 1858) - this may assist in finding the maiden name of Frances (Shakespeare) and Elizabeth (Webster).

This John is probably the son of Joseph & Hannah, whose baptism is recorded in 1816 at Church Gresley - the family lived at Church Gresley and Swadlincote - the age in the census, however, would make him four years younger. Two children of John & Elizabeth are recorded on the IGI:
