KUNZI - KINSEY - KINZIE Families

My second great-grandparents Saba KINSEY 1815-1888 Montgomery County, Ohio to Whitley County, Indiana and Joseph ZEIGLER 1813-1894 Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to Montgomery County, Ohio to Whitley County, Indiana.

My third great-grandparents Judah KINSEY 1816-1891 Montgomery County, Ohio to Whitley County, Indiana and Henry Sylvester ZUMBRUN 1812-1883 Frederick County, Maryland to Whitley County, Indiana.

Saba and Judah's parents were Christian KINSIE 1788-1859 Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to Botetourt County, Virginia to Montgomery County, Ohio to Whitley County, Indiana and Hannah HECKMAN 1777-1852 Botetourt County, Virginia to Montgomery County, Ohio to Whitley County, Indiana. Christian was a Church of the Brethren Deacon and along with my ZEIGLER, ZUMBRUN, and other families from Montgomery County, Ohio formed the Blue River German Baptist now Church of the Brethren Church in Whitley County, Indiana.

Christian's parents were Christian KUNZI 1740-1825 Switzerland to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to Botetourt County, Virginia and Mary Unknown 1748-1828 Berks County, Pennsylvania to Botetourt County, Virginia. They are listed as 1770 members of the Oley Congregation in Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Christian's parents were Christian KUNTZI 1700-1774 and Sarah Unknown 1705-1789 both from Switzerland to Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Another interesting branch is son Jacob KUENTZI 1724-1790 Switzerland to Berks County, Pennsylvania and Ann Margaret 1732-1801 of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Their daughter Catherine KINSEY 1762-? of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania? and Jacob ZEIGLER Berks County to Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
