Catholic Families

Fort Wayne, Indiana

Google maps may be slow to load - wait for colored pins to show

My only known Catholic ancestor families are my SCHNEIDER grandparent families. A sister Helen to my grandfather Milo FOLLIS married John HEINY and became Catholic.

A branch of the Samuel KELKER family in Fort Wayne, Indiana, brother to my great-great-grandmother Amanda KELKER TIMMONS, became Catholic around the turn of the Twentieth Century, although originally they were German Lutheran in Pennsylvania.

The distant Isaac FALLIS and Susannah MARTIN family in Missouri has descendants that became Catholic in Missouri although most FALLIS families passing through Kentucky were Baptist. One descendant related that her mother was adamant their Fallis line was Catholic, although all evidence shows the contrary.

Genealogy research is never complete, more documents are coming online all the time so what wasn't found today, might appear another day. If you find research that adds to, or contradicts mine, please leave a Comment in my Guest book, join my Follis Families on Facebook page, or send me an Email.
