Aaron was of Bridport (9), a joyner (4,9) who married Thorncombe, England (4,6,10), 2 Sept (4,6) 1610 (4,6,10), interred 28 Dec 1615, Bridport (4,6,9), and had two children: Elizabeth, baptized 8 Sept 1611 Bridport (4), and Aaron, baptized 20 Mar 1613-14 Bridport (4). Elizabeth CHARDE was born 1594 (7) or 1587 (9,11), died 18 (4,11) April (1,4,11) 1643 (1,2,4,5,7,9,11), at Windsor (4,5,10,11), interred 18 April 1643 (1,4).

....... She may have married probably about 1636 (5) or 1637 (9),
.......... Aaron COOKE (1,3,5,9), born 1613 (9), died 1690 (9), who referred to Thomas FORD as "father-in-law" in a deed dated 4 Mar 1671-2 (4). That could mean the husband of a daughter or the son by a previous marriage of a wife (4). This use of the term "father-in-law" is apparently a major reason for assuming this marriage which may be an error. There were 4 children and 23 grandchildren of Aaron COOKE and his first wife from 1638 to 1645 (9). He married second
