Whereas I Henry Seibel of Hilltown in the County of Bucks in
Pennsylvania Miller being weak & indisposed in Body but of a sound
mind & Memory, on Considering the uncertainty of time and the
mortality of my body do make & put in writing this my last
Will & Testament in manner & form following
First I will that all my Debts & Funeral Expenses be carefully
Paid & Discharged
Item I give & devise unto my Son George Seibel all my Plantation &
Tract of Land whereon I live in the Township of Hilltown aforesaid
Together with all & Singular the Buildings and Improvements thereon &
thereunto belonging To hold to him my said Son George Seibel his
Heirs & assigns forever, he the Said George paying out of the Same
the following Legacies or Sums unto my other Children Severally
as follows Viz I give unto my Son Conrad Seibel the Sum of one
Hundred Pounds Lawful money of Pennsylvania
Item I give unto my Daughter Ursula the Sum of Fifty Pounds Law
ful money as aforesaid Item I give unto my Daughter
Eva the like Sum of Fifty pounds Lawful money as aforesaid.
Item I give unto my daughter Hannah the Sum of Fifty Pounds
of like Lawful Money and I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth
the like Sum of Fifty Pounds Lawful Money as aforesaid
Item all the residue of my Estate goods & effects whatsoever I give unto
my Said Son George Seibel & his Heirs
Lastly I do Nominate Constitute & Ordain my Said Son George Seibel &
my trusty Friend Andrew Kiechlein to be my Executors of this my
last Will & Testament, hereby revoking & declaring null and void
all other & former Will or Wills by me before this time made ratifying
and Confirming this & no other to be my last will & Testament In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this Thirteenth day of March
in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred & Seventy Nine
Sealed & declared by the Said
Testator to be his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us
