He was a laborer and chauffeur at Windy Way Farms, Saucon Valley, for 25 years before retiring in 1981.
Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Lester and Mary (Transue) Strawn.
He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Bethlehem. He was an Army veteran.
Surviving with his widow are three daughters, Nancy, wife of Charles Blatnik of Bethlehem Township, Susan, wife of Gordon Balliet of Phillipsburg, and Elizabeth, wife of Brian Jarauka, of Brodheadsville, and two grandchildren.
Services will be announced by the Wallace M. Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem.

He was a supervisor at the former Dixie Cup plant, Easton, for 42 years before retiring.
Born in Durham, he was a son of Emily (Trauger) Walters of Easton and late Thomas Walters.

He was the chef and owner-operator with his wife of the Forks Valley Inn for the past 24 years. Before that he worked for R&R Provisions, Easton.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Clyde C. and Joyce (Kunsman) Ott.

Harry S. Diehl, 91, formerly of Allentown, died Saturday, August 6, 2005, in Whitehall Manor. He was the husband of Ruth K. (Kramer) Diehl. They were married for 66 years last November. He served as the treasurer of the City of Allentown, 1983-89. Prior to that, he was the executive director of Easter Seals, 1969-81, and manager of Pittsburgh Plate Glass, Allentown, 1930-69. He was born in Catasauqua, a son of the late Wellington and Caroline S. (Schunk) Diehl. He was a member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church, Allentown, where he served as the superintendent of the Sunday school for 15 years and was a former council person. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and member of Jordan Masonic Lodge. He was treasurer for the M.O.R.A. Club and the Y.M.C.A. He was a member of the Allentown Rotary Club. He received an award for voting in every November election for at least 50 consecutive years and the Pa. with Disability Day Award in January, 2000. He was a member of the Pa. Voters Hall of Fame.
Survivors: Wife; daughter, Barbara R., wife of John Taphorn of Waverly, Ohio; granddaughter, Susan Ahn of Los Angeles, Calif.; sister-in-law, Pauline Meckes of Allentown; stepmother, Pearl Zellers of Allentown; two nieces and a nephew.
