Sarah was born on the 7th. September 1831 at Richmond, she married Theophilus on the 27th September 1853 at Richmond and died at Homebush, Sydney 13th July 1908. He was born in Surrey UK. on the 17th July 1827 to Joseph and Elizabeth Moysey, Theophilus died 17 Feb. 1912.
The couple had at least nine children: - Frederick Joseph 30th June 1854 at Bendemeer, -- Ernest Theophilus 1855 at Bendemeer, --Theophilus Hampson 1857 at Bendemeer, --Emily Madeline 1859 at Beverley, Bundarra, --Herbert at Bundarra 1861, --Percival Scott 1864 at Bendemeer, --Septimus Claude 1867 at Sydney. --Harry Edwin Sidney 1868 at Beverley, Bundarra, --Edith May Alexander 1870 Armidale. Theophilus attended "The King's School" 1873-4, Percival 1878-81.
Ernest T (1855) married Sarah Baker (1854) the daughter of Henry Baker and Sarah Elizabeth Parnell in Feb. 1876.
In 1861 Theophilus senior was listed as owning 2 acres and 21 perches in Bundarra. The 1878 electoral roll lists him as living at Oswald. In the 1867 Sands Sydney Alphabetical Directory he is listed as "Cooper, Theophilus, MLA, 89 William Street, Upper, South Sydney".
