Thomas and Isabella Sophie Doyle.

Thomas Liverpool was born 10th. December 1829 at Richmond and Baptised at St. Peters Richmond on the 8th June 1830. He married Isabella Sophie on the 18th. April 1854 at Jerry's Plains.

Isabella was the daughter of Edmund Doyle and Francis (nee Smith) of Sackville NSW. She was born 1829 and died in 1887.

The Doyle families were also early pioneers of the Hunter district, and are the subject of many interesting stories.

James George Doyle in 1832 married Francis J Howe the daughter of the District Chief Constable, John Howe. (See Parnell story regarding John Howe and Osterley)

The couple's children were - Edwin A 1855, Henry John 1858 (died 1882), Jessie Isabella 1860, Cyril J 1862-1863, Alister L 1863, Waverly 1865 at Paddington.

Thomas had worked his father's stations, and was also closely associated with James Virgo. He was obviously close to his brother Edward as his marriage took place at - "Camberwell, Jerry's Plains, Warkworth, Wombi". This very complete address was also given when his son Edwin was born in 1855 and Edward's daughter's Emma in 1851 and Caroline also in 1855.

Thomas married a second time to Louisa Burnard in 1889 at Woollahra; he died at his residence "Gowrie" Railway Street, Kogarah, on the 1st June 1899. His funeral was held at St. Pauls Kogarah, and is buried at Rookwood, Sydney.
