Mary Ann Parnell and Joseph Cope.
Mary Ann was born at Richmond 11th August 1825, She married Joseph Cope at Richmond 20th August 1850.
Joseph died in 1862, he was a son of Joseph and Maria.
The children were - William born at Wilberforce and christened at St. Matthew's Windsor in 1852, Charles 1854 St. Matthew's, Martha E 1856, Mary 1858, Charlotte Jane 1860. Charles attended "The King's School" 1869.
The family home is still known as "Copes Cottage" this Heritage listed solid sand stone house is in remarkable condition that will probably stand for another hundred years or so. I personally have been in this house on a great number of occasions. It is now the office of Accountants, H.G. Khouri and Associates. 312 George St. Windsor, NSW.
