Re: WILLIAM & ELIZA marriage Cert.

Have recv'd WILLIAM SHERRILL and ELIZA JONES' marriage record. I was thrilled to get it but terribly dissapointed too, as there is no info about their folks on it. I will send you a copy.

It states: The Clerk of the Jackson Circuit Court, of Jackson County, Indiana, issued a Marriage License for WILLIAM SHERRILL and ELIZA JONES on the 4th day of July 1832. It was witnessed by the Clerk. Then on the 5th day of July the Justice of the Peace signed their Marriage Certificate. That is about all it contains.

However, because I send a little extra money, they included another SHERRILL marriage record that may or may not be related. It is in the same county. I will send you a copy also. It states: On the 13th day of November 1901, WILLIAM SHERRILL and MINNIE W. BOHALL were married. Will you check your records for a WILLIAM SHERRELL being married then. This might be a grandson of the above William ???...
