A. W. Stokes and E. Docia Stokes wife of said A. W. Stokes, of Howell County, Missouri, parties of the first part.

Alexander Sherrell of the County of Howell, Missouri, party of the second part. sum: One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars.

The described lots, tracts or parcels of land lying, being and situate in the County of Howell, Missouri:

All of East Half of Lots One (1) and Two (2) of the North East Quarter and part of the West Half of said Lots One and Two of the North East Quarter aforesaid described as follows to wit

Beginning at the North West Corner of the East Half of said Lot Two thence West Fourteen (14) rods to the South West Corner of the East Half of the aforesaid Lot One thence North to the place of beginning, All in Section Two (2) Township Twenty Six (26) Range Eight (8) West, of 5" PM in Mo., containing in all Ninety Three and 49/100 acres more of less.
