Whereas the said Alexander SHERRELL on the 11th day of August A. D. 1894, borrowed from the said County, the sum of One Hundred and Sixty Six Dollars belonging to the Capital School Fund of Twp. 27, Range 9, $50.00 and Twp. 22 Range 10 $10.00, Twp. 22 Range 7, $10.00 Twp. 25, Range $41.00 Twp. 26 Range 7 $50.00.

Described Lot, Tract or Parcel of Land, lying being and situate in the said County of Howell, Missouri.

All of Lot One of the North West quarter and the West half of Lot One of the North East quarter of Section One in Township Twenty Six North of Range Eight West Containing One hundred and Twenty acres.
