A. AND LYDIA SHERRELL - DEED - 19 January 1881

Know all men by these presents that I A. SHERRELL of the County of Howell in the State of Missouri have this day for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to the (said?) A. SHERRELL (?) by Lidda SHERRELL of the County of Howell in the State of Missouri granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell, not to operate as a covenant of warranty, unto the said Lidda SHERRELL the following described tracts or parcels of land situated in the County of Howell in the State of Missouri, that is to say:

The SW1/4 of SE1/4 & SE1/4 of SW1/4 & NW1/4 of SE1/4 Section 1, Township 26 North, of Range 8 West:

To have and to hold the premises hereby conveyed with all the right, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appurtaining unto the said Lidda SHERRELL her heirs and assigns Forever.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 19 day of January 1881.

Be it remembered, that A. SHERRELL who is personnally known to the undersigned a Justice of the Peace within and for said County to be the person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument as a party thereto this day appeared before me and acknowledged he executed and delivered the same as his voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein contained.
