Note; Robert Baker sometimes called Julius Bob, Held the first Clay Co Court at his house. Was the Justice of the 1st Clay Co. Court, and Sheriff of Clay Co. Ky. *Dozens of Cousins* by Wm. O'Connor In 1801 Robert moved to Bullskin Creek, Clay Co. Ky. He was a private in Col. Darke's Regiment during St Clair's Defeat. A major in the 2nd Bn. 68th Knox Co. Militia, A Lt. in Capt. McJiltons Co., Col Wm. Williams 11th Kentucky Regiment, at the Battle of Thames. Father of: John H. Baker, Boston Bob, Andrew etc.
