Newspaper: Reporter Page Number: N/A He was buried on 16 Mar 1991 in Highland Memory Gardens, Town of Trenton, Dodge, WI. He was actually born September 16, 1927 to Winnie Nummerdor when she was unmarried. There was no further relationship between her and his father and she raised him until January 10, 1936. He was then given in adoption to Albert & Annie Pater. They raised him until he was 16, and then he went out on his own. After he began dating Bob's mom she encouraged him to reestablish the relationship with his birth mother, Winnie. She got married to Leslie E.Culver on October 31, 1931 and had other children. Because the Paters and the Nummerdors were related in another way, through Winnie's mother, they hadn't lost contact altogether. In Wally's obituary the people listed as brothers and sisters were Winnie and Leslie Culver's children.
