A19/12 Page 156 . 28 Oct. 1835,
David Alguire of the twp. of Cornwall, 4th Concession, has attained the age of 21, Warrant 1175, issued 31 October, 1835, yeoman. Praying for grant of two hundred Acres of land as the son of John Alguire of the same place an UEL

Petition of David Alguire, son of John Alguire of the 4th concession of the township ----- of the Eastern District. UE Loyalist. That said petition a son of the above named John Alguire and ----, ---- the age of Twenty One ---- that ---- has never received any land on my ---- from the crown. Your petitioner would therefore pray that your Excellence will be pleased to grant unto him two hundred acres of the waste land of the crown. And your petitioner in duly be bound will ever pray.

Personnaly affirm by one me, Angus McDonald ---- Justice of the Peace and Chairman of the General Quarter Session of the --- the land district court --- the ---- mentioned petitioner, who dept--- and saith that he said David Algyre has never received any land. David Alguire 1835 , on any grant for land from the Crown.
