Feb 13. 1865. I Feltha Correll of the County of Montgomery ~ State of Virginia do make this my last will and testament. I first give to my wife Catharine the land that I now are living upon to have her lifetime, after her death I desire that my son Henry shall have the land provided my children can agree upon the price - Lewis, Betsey, Jacob, Valentine, Henry, John and Mary - if they can not agree upon the price, the land to be sold and divided equally among the above named children. I allso give to my wife all my household and kitchen furniture I give to my son Henry all my farming utensils, and Carpenter Tools, allso Three Hundred Dollars in money. I give to my grandson John Correll - son of George Correll - One Hundred Dollars. I desire that the residue of all my lands to be sold and equally divided among my seven children - Lewis, Henry, Jacob, Valentine, John and my daughters Betsey and Mary. I direct that my son Lewis shall have 37 acres of the Clare Tract at the price that the ballance of the land brings on the day of sale. I give to my son George Correll Five Dollars. I now direct that my son Lewis and Henry to be my Executors of this my will and Testament. In witnefs whereof I, Feltha Correll, have set my hand and seal

This last will and testament of Feltha Correll was presented in Court and proven by the oaths of Lewis Weaver and William Cromerl, the witnefses thereto subscribed, and ordered to be recorded.
