NOTES:  Located 2 Miles N of Jamesport North on Hwy 170 [Hwy 190] 3 1/2 miles ? [west on county road "RA"] across the road from the Vernon Ferguson home. Fort Hays was near this cemetery.   Others possible buried there but stones not available.

Emerson: Thomas b. 1788 d. 2-2-1868 Sarah wife 65y-5m Sept 26, 1891
 
 
Foster: Mary dau of R.B. or E.B. and J.   d.9-17-1857 age 1y-6m
 
 
Hays: Patrick b. 3-24-1772 d. 8-3-1850
2 childrens graves there no marker.
 
 
Hays: William B. d. Jan 1864 age 52y-1m-13d. stone broken so not certain of dates Jane wife of Patrick b. 6-18-1777 d. 1-23-1850
 
 
Miller: Patrick K. d. about 1835 age 30 some years this information was given by Vernon Ferguson. He lives across the road from this cem. His description Of the stone is "Our Hero Wounded by Indians" This stone was taken Away by someone from Neb. Suppose a relative.
 
 
Rageggle: Edwood P. son of J. & B.A. b.Aug 12, 1823 d. 9-17-1873 date broken
