Tuesday, 12th November 1918

Now comes said Curator and makes and files a just and true exhibit of the accounts between himself and said Ward, for the purpose of making final Settlement of said Ward's estate, said Ward having arrived at the age of twenty-one years:

And then comes the said Dayton A. Thorp in open Court and waives the giving [of] written Notice to him as required by Section 46 Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, of 1909, and consents for the Court to examine the above mentioned accunts, correct all errors therein, if any there be, and make final Settlement of his estate, with said Curator.

Thereupon the Court examines said account of said Curator, and finding no errors therein to correct, proceeds to make final Settlement with said Curator, as shown.

... said exhibit is filed as above mentioned.

It is therefore ordered & considered and adjudged by the Court that said Curator be charged with the sum of $3884.38, and that he be allowed credit the sum of 131.59, leaving in his hands a balance of $3752.79 due said Wards estate, which said Settlement is by the Court approved and ordered filed and recorded and said approval certified thereon.

And then Dayton A. Thorp in open Court acknowleded satisfaction, and that he has received said balance of $3752.79, and that he has received all money and other estate due him from his Curator.

It is therefore further ordered by the Court that said Ferd. G. Bergman, as Curator for said Dayton A. Thorp, be. and he is now, here finally discharged from rendering any further account of said Wards estate to this Court.
