Bond of Fenwick J. Hamilton on the Estate of

Rezin L. Bishop, deceased

Know all men by these presents that We Fenwick J. Hamilton, John Peyton, and Guy Elder, of the County of Perry and State of Missouri are held and firmly bound to the State of Missouri in the sum of five hundred dollars Lawfull money for payment whereof well and truely to be made and done We bind our selves our heirs Executors and administrators, jointly and severally firmly by this presents, sealed with our seals the fifth day of Febrary in the year of Our Lord A. D. 1840.

The conditions of the above obligation is such that of the above bounden Fenwick J. Hamilton administrator of the Estate of Rezin L. Bishop, late of Perry County deceased shall made or cause to be made a Just true and full inventory, of all and singular the goods and chattles Right and Credit Land & tenements of the said deceased which shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of him the said administrator or to the hands possession or knowledge of any other person or persons for him the said administrator, and the same, so made to Return and Exhibit the same in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Perry County, within such time and in such manner as is or may be prescribed by law; all and singular the good, and Chattles, Rights and Credits; of the said deceased accruing from or arising from said deceased's estate which shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of him the said administrator, who shall will and truly administer according to Law, and pay the of the said deceased as far as the assets will extend and the Law direct, and further make, or cause to be made Just and true accounts of his said administration and make due and proper settlement thereof from time to time according to Law, or the sentence order or decree of any Court having competent Jurisdiction and shall moreover do and perform all other matters and things touching said administration as are or shall be provided by Law or enjoined on him by the sentence order or decree of any Court having competent Jurisdiction, then this obligation to be null void and of no effect otherwise to Remain in full force and effect.

Letters of Administration on the Estate of

Rezin L. Bishop, deceased

To all whom these presents shall come Greeting.

Know Ye that whereas Rezin L. Bishop late of Perry County deceased died intestate as it is said leaving property within the County and State aforesaid at his death. Whereof Administration of all and singular the Goods and Chattles Land & tenements, Rights and Credits of the said deceased is hereby given and committed unto Fenwick J. Hamilton Who having complied with the Requisites of the law in such cases made and provided.

Witness Fredk C. Hase Clerk of the County Court of Perry County aforesaid. Done at office in the town of Perryville this 5th day of February A. D. 1840
