Guardian Sale of Real Estate

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned guardian and curator of the person and estate of George W. Hudson, an insane person, that by virtue of an order of sale made by the county court of Perry county at the May term thereof, for the year A. D., 1868, he will on Monday the

3d Day of August, 1868
it being the 1st day of the August term of the county court of Perry county, and during the session of said court, at the court house door in the town of Perryville, between the hours of ten o'clock A. M. and five o'clock P. M. of said day proceed to offer and expose to sale to the highest bidder, at public outcry, all the right, title, interest and claim of the said George W. Hudson, in and to the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in Perry county and State of Missouri, to wit:
Survey No. 956 containing 640 acres confirmed to Simon Duvall under Joseph Tucker, Sr., and the n hf of a w qr sec 32 containing 80 acres, all in township No. 35 range No. 10 east.
A payment of twenty percent of the purchase money will be required in hand, a credit of twelve months will be given for the residue, by the purchaser giving note with approved security. A deed in conformity to law will be made when the purchase money is fully paid.
