Bond of William B. Belsha on the
Estate of James B. Belsha, deceased

These presents, that we William B. Belsha, Zeke Dickson, and George Preston are held and firmly bound, to the State of Missouri in the sum of sixteen hundred dollars to which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, as witness our hands and seals, this twenty-sixth day of January, Eighteen hundred and thirty-seven.

The conditions of the above Bond is, that if William B. Belsha administrator of the Estate of James B. Belsha deceased, shall faithfully administer said Estate account for, pay and deliver all money and property of said Estate, and perform all other things touching said adminis. required by law, to the order of any Court having jurisdiction then the above Bond to be void, otherwise remain in full force.

Letters of Administration

To all to whom these presents shall come, Greeting: --

Know ye, that whereas James B. Belsha late of Perry County deceased died intestate, as it is said, leaving at his death property within the state aforesaid, wherefore administration of all and singular the goods and chattles, lands and tenements, rights and credits of the deceased, is hereby granted and committed unto William B. Belsha who having complied with the requests of the law in such case made and provided.

Witness Fredrick C. Hase Clerk of the County Court of Perry County, this twenty-sixth day of January in the year of our Lord 1837.
