Elvritta Phillips Saddler Thorpe Burns
Elveretta PHILLIPS, born August 10, 1824 in Perry County, Missouri; died December 24, 1900 in Perry County, Missouri.  She was the daughter of James PHILLIPS of Pennsylvania and Elizabeth APPLEGATE of Kentucky.  She married (1) Joseph Saddler December 03, 1840.  He was the son of Sadler and Sarah Layton.  She married (2) Lewis THORPE of Connecticut September 23, 1847 in Perry County, Missouri.  He was the son of Joel THORPE and Sarah DAYTON.  She married (3) James A. Burns February 12, 1860 in Perryville, Missouri.  He was the son of Michael Burns and Rebecca Long.

Raised in a large family herself, thrice widowed, Elveretta Phillips raised a total of ten children.
Andrew E. Doerr
Andrew Entler Doerr, born September 16, 1868 in Perry County, Missouri; died September 10, 1960.  He was the son of Augustus Doerr and Mary-Eveline Entler.  He married Josephine L. Hooss October 23, 1893.  She was the daughter of Thomas Hooss and Mary-Katherine Cadenbach.
Josephine Hooss Doerr
Josephine L. Hooss, born March 16, 1870 in Missouri; died July 24, 1956.  She was the daughter of Thomas Hooss and Mary-Katherine Cadenbach.  She married Andrew Entler Doerr October 23, 1893.  He was the son of Augustus Doerr and Mary-Eveline Entler.
Amelia Hooss
Amelia Hooss, born 1872.  She was the daughter of Thomas Hooss and Mary-Katherine Cadenbach.
Barbara Fath Hooss
Barbara Fath, born May 30, 1822; died July 7, 1905.  She was the wife of Henry Hooss.
Ida M. Hooss
Ida M. Hooss, born June 25, 1877; died March 23, 1967.  She was the daughter of Thomas Hooss and Mary-Katherine Cadenbach.
Kate Cadenbach Hooss
Mary Katherine Cadenbach, born February 02, 1844; died September 27, 1918.  She married Thomas Hooss June 1865 in Perry County, Missouri.
Rose Hooss Huber, with Joseph and Marie Huber
Rose Hooss, born 1868; died 1955.  She was the daughter of Thomas Hooss and Mary Katherine Cadenbach.  On the same stone are Joseph Huber, 1867-1912, and Marie Huber, 1842-1906.
Thomas Hooss
Thomas Hooss, born January 08, 1844 in Missouri; died September 06, 1925.  He married Mary Katherine Cadenbach June 1865 in Perry County, Missouri.
Vicie Rankin Hagan Lorenz
Vicie Elvira Rankin, born February 25, 1929; died January 07, 1973.  She was the daughter of Joseph Sanford Rankin and Gladys Leasch.  She married (1) Leroy Hagan, and (2) Verlin Lorenz.

She was the granddaughter of Sanford Felix Rankin, and great-granddaughter of Sanford Rankin.
Ashley J. McCauley
Ashley J. McCauley, born February 1, 1872; died August 17, 1951.  He was the son of Robert A. McCauley and Mary M. McBride.  He was married to (1)Mary E. Kiesler and (2) Julia M. Hooss.
Julia Hooss McCauley
Julia Hooss, born March 6, 1879; died May 18, 1960.  She was married to Ashley J. McCauley, and is buried near him and his first wife, Mary.
Garland E. Lytle Phillips
Garland E. Lytle, born July 10, 1944; died December 31, 1991.  She was the daughter of Robert Lytle and Mamie Green.  She married (1) Zeke Clement, and (2) Glen Phillips.  She is buried next to Glen Phillips and his first wife, Helen.
Glen C. and Helen J. Scheckell Phillips
Glen C. Phillips, born July 18, 1919; died January 11, 1991.  He was the son of Albert Clyde Phillips and Anna M. Ratcliff.  He is buried with his wife, Helen J. Scheckell, born January 9, 1920; died April 11, 1985.  She was the daughter of Clyde R. Schekell and Annie McClanahan.  Glen and Helen were married on May 14, 1938.
Marion S. Phillips with James S. and Emma Phillips
Samuel Marion Phillips, born September 03, 1843; died December 11, 1932 in Perry County, Missouri.  He was the son of James PHILLIPS and Elizabeth APPLEGATE.  He married Mary Ann Schnurr May 05, 1867.  The birthdate on the stone may be incorrect.  He is listed in the 1850 census as being only 7 years old.  Marions's son James S. Phillips, born December 25, 1869; died May 02, 1950 and his wife Emma are buried alongside him.

He was the brother of Elveretta Phillips, also buried in Home Cemetery.
Andrew C. and Cora V. Ratcliff Preston
Andrew C. Preston, born June 1893 in Missouri; died November 24, 1947 in Perry County, Missouri.  He was the son of James Andrew Preston II and Theresa A. Vessell.  He married Cora V. Ratcliff.  She was the daughter of George Ratcliff and Cora Brewster.
Frank H. Preston
Francis H. Preston, born September 05, 1861; died June 08, 1929.  He was the son of James Andrew Preston and Achsah Eleanor Phillips.  He married Laura Melinda Hagan April 11, 1887 in Perry County, Missouri.  She was the daughter of Francis M. Hagan and Harriet/Henrietta Manning.

His mother's sister was Elveretta Phillips, also buried in Home Cemetery.
James A. and Theresa A. Vessell Preston
James Andrew Preston II, born June 25, 1853 in Perry County, Missouri; died September 08, 1940 in Perry County, Missouri.  He was the son of James Andrew Preston and Achsah Eleanor Phillips.  He married Theresa A. Vessell 1887 in Perry County, Missouri.
Laura M. Hagan Preston
Laura Melinda Hagan, born February 08, 1870; died January 04, 1945 in Perry County, Missouri.  She was the daughter of Francis M. Hagan and Harriet/Henrietta Manning.  She married Francis H. Preston April 11, 1887 in Perry County, Missouri.  He was the son of James Andrew Preston and Achsah Eleanor Phillips.
Leneta Thorp Russell
Linetha Thorpe, born October 1895 in Perry County, Missouri.  She was the daughter of Oliver and Louisa Thorpe.
James J. Saddler
James J. Saddler, born August 1844 in Missouri.  He was the son of Joseph Saddler and Elveretta PHILLIPS.

James Saddler never married.  He lived with his widowed mother until his death, and she passed on a short time afterwards.
Oliver Thorp
Oliver Thorpe, born February 29, 1856 in Perry County, Missouri; died December 28, 1899 in Perry County, Missouri.  He was the son of Lewis THORPE and Elveretta PHILLIPS.  He and his wife, Louisa, had two children, Linetha and Dayton A. Thorpe.
