Bond of Bernard Horrell, Guardian & Curator for the estates of
William Joseph, Mary Matilda, Felix, Susan Ann & Bernard Theophilus Horrell
Minor children of Clara Manning Horrell, dec'd
15 October 1855

Know all men by their presents that we Bernard Horrell as principal and John B. Manning as Security of Perry County in the State of Missouri are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri for the use of William J. & M. M., F., Susan, & Bernard T. Horrell, minors in the Sum of One hundred dollars lawfull [sic] money for the true and faithfull [sic] payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs executors and administrators, jointly, severally and firmly by these presents to which we have subscribed our names and seals this 15th day of October A. D. 1855.

The condition of the foregoing obligation is such that if the above bound Bernard Horrell who has been appointed Curator of said minors as aforesaid shall faithfully discharge his according to law, then the foregoing on bond to be null and void otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
