Sheriff’s sale to Partition

Henry Lukefahr and Elizabeth, his wife, Lewis Cambron and Julia, his wife, and Robert Cambron and Louisa, his wife, plaintiffs,
vs.
Michael McCabe and Clotilda, his wife, Sarah J. Mattingly and Joseph Mattingly, defendants.

By virtue of an order of the circuit court of Perry county, Mo., made at the October term, 1867, I the undersigned sheriff will offer and express to sale Tuesday

The 14th Day of April, 1868,

at the court house door in the town of Perryville in said county, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of said day and during the term of court to the highest bidder the following described real estate, situated, lying and being in Perry county, Mo., to-wit:

The south west frl? qr. of frl section 30 and the northeast qr of the north west quarter of frl section 31 in township 36 north range 10 east containing 142 44/100 acres less about 30 acres sold to J. M. Mattingly by deed dated April 1st. 1855, and recorded on page 209 of volume 10 one of the Perry county land records to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description there of, also, south frl hf. of south east frl qr of section No. 25 in township 36 north of range 9 east containing 40 acres, also the north west qr of the north west qr of frl section 31 in township 36 north of range 10 east containing 41 91/100 acres, also the south west half of lot No. 3 as laid off and numbered by A. M. McPherson in lots of a suitable size to sell in a proceeding to make partition among the heirs of Robert T. Brown, deceased, and particularly described in his report of the same recorded on page 516 and following of volume 8 one the Perry county land records containing 39 10/100 acres, also the south half of lot one being s e qr of n w qr of section No. 31 in township 36 north of range 10 east containing 41 91/100 acres, and also part of lot one in lot 6 of survey 3015 confirmed to the heirs or legal representatives of Francis Valle, deceased, containing 15 acres to be taken off the east end of said lot one in paralellagram directly adjoining lands owned by B. J. Mattingly, deceased, said lot of land was acquired from John Wren? and wife by deed dated June 13th, 1860, and recorded on page 205 volume 10 one of the Perry county land records to which reference is hereby made for a more full description.

Terms of Sale. -- Ten per cent of the purchase money to be paid in hand the residue in twelve months, the purchaser giving bond with approved security for said residue.
