Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that I will, at the next term of the county court of Perry, Mo., to be begun and held on the first Monday in November, 1867, in the town of Perryville, make application to resign my guardian and curatorship of Joal [Joel] Thorp, Martha Thorp, Catholine [Caroline] Thorp, Oliver Thorp, Henry L. Thorp and Sarah Thorp, minors.
