Perryville, Missouri, Friday, 24 January 1873
Taken up by Lawrence Baylard, of Bois Brule township, Perry county, Mo., and posted on the 7th day of January, 1873, before Henry Vershceldon, a justice of the peace, a certain gray mare 15 years old, 15 hands high, and branded C. K. and appraised at $20.

Taken up by the undersigned and posted before John W. Venable, a justice of the peace of Salem township, Perry county, Missouri, a certain stray a mule ... of a yellowish red color, with a few white spots marked with two splits by the left ear and a swallow fork in the right ear, supposed to be 10 years old, and was appraised at $15.
Creditors and all others interested in the estate of Armand Sutterer, deceased, are hereby notified that on the first day of the probate and common pleas court, to be held in the town of Perryville, Perry county, Missouri, on the first Monday in march, 1873, I will make final settlement of said estate.
