Administrator's Notice

LETTERS of administration on the estate of Cyprian Stuart, dec'ed, were granted to the undersigned on the 19th of Dec., 1864, by the clerk of the county court of Perry county, Mo. All persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them for allowance to the administrator within one year after the date of said letters or they may be precluded from any benefit of such estate, and if such claims be not exhibited with three years from the date of said letters they will be forever barred.

Taken up as a stray by S. C Duvall in St. Marys township, and posted before James A. Nash, a Justice of the Peace in Perry county, and State of Missouri, a red work steer, about seven years old, marked with a crop of the left ear and ... and underbit in the same and a swallow ... in the right ear, and appraised at twenty dollars.

Taken up by Jacob Rhynes in Brazeau township, and posted before Joseph Greenwell, a Justice of the Peace, in Perry county, State of Missouri, a dark gelding horse, about seven years old, five feet height, saddle marked, one hind foot white, and appraised at $80.
