Sheriff's Sale of Real Estate
Notice is hereby given that under and in virtue of an order of the Circuit Court of Perry
county, in the State of Missouri, made at the October term for the year 1863. I
the undersigned sheriff, will offer and expose to sale, on Tuesday, the 26th day of April,
1864, at the court house door in the town of Perryville in said county, between the hours
of nine o'clock A. M. and five o'clock P. M. of said day and during the term of said court,
to the highest bidder the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in Perry
county, Missouri to-wit:
The southwest quarter of the south west quarter and the southeast quarter of the southwest
quarter and north fractional half of the southwest franctional quarter of section twenty (20)
and the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section twenty-nine (29) all in township
thirty-six (36) north of range ten (10) east, containing in the aggregate one hundred and
seventy-three and thirty-five hundredths acres.
Said land is sold to make partition and division among
Samuel Rankin, Ellen Rankin, his wife, Marcellus Kline and William Kline.
Terms of Sale.
Ten percent of the purchase money to be paid in hand, the residue in twelve months, the
purchaser giving bond with approved security for said residue.
