STRAY NOTICE

Taken up as a stray by the undersigned and posted before Stephen McAtee, a Justice of the Peace of Perry county, Mo., on the 12th day of January, 1863, a black mare supposed to be eight years old, a star in her face, a white spot on her nose, both hind feet white above the pasture joint, and is badly injured by foaling or by some other means, 14½ hands high and appraised at $20.

Administrator's Notice
The undersigned Public Administrator of Perry county took charge of the estate of Geo. H. Blanford, dec'ed, on the 10th of Jan., 1865, and hereof notifies all persons indebted to said estate to make immediate payment, and all persons having claims against said estate are requested to exhibit them for allowance, properly authenticated within one year from the above date, or they be may precluded from any benefit of said estate, and if not presented within three years of the above date will be forever barred.

Administrator's Notice
Letters of administration on the estate of Josephus Blanford, late of Perry county, de'ced, were granted to the undersigned on the 18th of Jan, 1865, by the county court of Perry county. All persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them for allowance with to one year from the date of said letters, or they may be precluded from any benefits of said estate and if they be not presented within three years from the date of said letters they will be forever barred.

Layton, deceased, and resignation of administration on the estate of Leo Cissell, deceased, and the same time and place will also tender to said court his resignation of his curatorship of the minor heirs of Edward M. Tucker, deceased.
